Clear Reports, Calm Minds, More Moments With Your Kids
For Parents Who Value Their Time & Peace of Mind
Reporting can feel heavy, and paperwork rarely sparks joy. For many new and continuing homeschoolers, mandatory admin is stressful, time-consuming, and frustrating. You would rather invest your energy in your kids (and everything else on your plate). If registering or completing annual reports is not your cup of tea, that is totally normal. We can work through it together so it feels easier, clearer, and manageable—giving you time back for learning and life.
Queensland Requirements At A Glance
To make sure we are all on the same page, here’s what Queensland Home Education (QHE) asks for:
Who must register: Children of compulsory school age (from 6 years 6 months until 16, or until Year 10 is completed, whichever comes first).
When you first register: Submit the approved application form on the QHE registration page with supporting documents (e.g., proof of age and parental responsibility) and a summary of your child’s educational program. You can apply online or by paper.
Each year: Submit an annual written report on your child’s educational progress. QHE emails a unique link in month 9 of your registration; the report is due in month 10 and the due date cannot be extended. Parents submit the report.
What the annual report includes: QHE’s online form; a written progress report for your child with six work samples (2 English, 2 Maths, 2 from one other learning area) each with an annotation; and an updated educational program summary for the year ahead if you are continuing. Templates and examples are available. For more detail, visit QHE reporting requirements.
How We Work Together
Make the learning visible
We turn your notes, photos, and work samples into a clear story of progress for your report.
Choose strong samples
Together we pick and annotate six comparative samples (i.e., before and after on the same concept) that show growth.
Keep it calm and doable
A timeline with reminders, a video call instead of long forms, and one upload link and checklist keep the process manageable.
Create a program summary
We co-create a program summary for the year ahead, tailored to your child’s needs and interests.
Review & submit
You review the draft, we refine (up to two revisions), then you submit to QHE—with a pack you feel proud to send.
